Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than October 1, 2025, and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected] 

  • Only substitution requests will be accepted after October 1, 2025, and must be submitted in writing from the original registrant. For additional information, contact Customer Service at +1.985-240-5511 

  • Refunds will not be processed after October 20, 2025. 

  • All promotional and discounted rates are offered at the discretion of SEMI and no registration discounts can be combined for passes. Once an attendee is registered, no refunds for newly issued discounts or promotional rates will be accepted. 

  • No one under the age of 12 will be permitted on the show floor or at any conference sessions. Students between the ages of 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult while on the show floor. 

  • Lost badges will be charged a $25 reprint fee. 

  • We do not allow photography or videotaping of the exposition other than by the official show photographer or accredited media representatives. 

  • Photography disclaimer: SEMI frequently employs professional photographers and videographers to capture images and sound at our events for archival and promotional purposes. By registering, you grant SEMI and its agents permission to use these images and audio in marketing and promotion materials. 

  • SEMI reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, or other details of SEMICON West 2025. SEMI may change the format (including, without limitation, from a physical in-person event to a virtual Event and vice versa), speakers, participants, content, venue location and program or any other aspect of the event at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a Force Majeure Event, in each case without liability.
