Exhibit Booth Staff can register for their "Exhibitor" badge via a custom link that is available from the Main Contact we have on file for managing your presence.
Main Contacts that have not already obtained their links can start the process here.
Speakers are invited to access the link to register in the Speaker Portal.
The Media Team at SEMI will send invitations to register for pre-approved press in April.
Platinum and Gold Sponsors can select the "Register Now (Single Attendee)" button above. Connect with your Main Contact for Promo Codes if you would like to request one of the enhanced passes above the Expo Plus Pass.
Other sponsors can expect custom links to register that will be sent to the Main Contacts we have on file. Contact Leslie Schade if additional assistance is needed.

SEMI Standards Members will receive a link to register from the Standards Team.

EAC and Staff registration will be available beginning May 1. Exhibitor Main Contacts will have links to share with their approved contractors in the Exhibitor eBooth Console.
Additional Registration Information
Once registered, attendees may update their information or add additional access by logging into their record.
Membership pricing is based on the email address used to register. Thus, do not use @gmail or other personal email services to register if the membership rate is desired. If you are a SEMI Member (Directory) and this registration site is not offering the member rate, contact the SEMICON West Team to review further.

Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than July 1, 2024, and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Please email your cancellation request to [email protected]

During the online registration process, attendees and exhibitors from outside of the United States will have the option to request a Visa Invitation Letter.
SEMI will process requests within 5 business days.
No one under the age of 12 will be permitted on the show floor or to any conference sessions. Students between the ages of 12 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult while on the show floor.
