Booth Staff:
Booth Staff are invited to register by their company’s Main Contact. Please reach out to your Main Contact or look for an email invitation to complete your registration.
Main Contacts:
Main Contacts from exhibiting companies can begin registration here using their company email address. If you have already registered, you can log in at any time to invite and manage your Booth Staff.
Main Contacts with Sponsoring Companies receive access to invite their colleagues and or customers with custom links.
SEMI is pleased to welcome current students, recent graduates and Military Veterans to explore a career in the industry with a Career Explorer Pass
Speaker can find their link to register as one of tasks in the Speaker Portal.
SEMI will reach out to all Staff, Official Contractors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractors with instructions to register.
If you wish to attend a SEMI U Course only, the option is available with an additional $100 added to the course fees.
SEMI Standards Members will receive a link to register from the Standards Team.

- Cancellation refund requests must be submitted in writing no later than October 1, 2026, and will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
- Only substitution requests will be accepted after October 1, 2026, and must be submitted in writing from the original registrant.
Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the show floor.
Participants ages 12 through 18 must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while on site.

If your work address is outside the United States, you may request a Visa Letter of Invitation during registration.
To create your visa letter, you must enter your planned arrival date and planned departure date.
Substitution Process
To substitute a registration, we will first cancel the original registration.
After the cancellation is complete, we will reply with a promotional code.
Please share this promotional code with the person who will replace you. They will be able to register at a complimentary rate using that code.
All substitution requests must be sent from the same email address used for the original registration.
